The Unlimited Actor is a unique and powerful method to master your own energy; not only to boost your confidence and presence as needed, but ultimately to shift easily into any character you want.

Nancy Mayans, creator of The Unlimited Actor, regularly teaches Level 1: Your Creative Zone and Level 2: Embody Any Character at the William Esper Studio in NYC [only available for Esper students].

Private sessions are available with Nancy in-person [NYC] and via Zoom/FaceTime. Other TUA coaches are available in Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Berlin.

Workshop Descriptions
INTRO LEVEL: GETTING INTO THE CREATIVE ZONE
A new paradigm in acting where you can learn to sense and shift your energy on all levels to exactly match the character you are playing.

Learn easy new and ancient energy tools to boost your confidence, open your imagination, and free your mind to act on instinct. 

Turn music, color, dance and creative visualization into powerful techniques that free up your artistic expression.

LEVEL 1: YOUR CREATIVE ZONE
Learn specific ways to open and align your subtle energy centers, sometimes called the chakras, allowing you to be more physically grounded, mentally alert, and emotionally free. Play with colors to change your emotional state on cue and learn easy ways to "download" whatever character trait you want.

​Whether a beginner or seasoned professional, this unique class will guide your mind, body and spirit into your true creative “zone”.  Many people repeat this class to increase their artistic freedom and lift their spirits.

LEVEL 2: EMBODY ANY CHARACTER
After learning new levels of creative freedom in Level 1, you will now explore innovative techniques to shift your life force to exactly match the different aspects of a character—mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Increase your acting range as you play with the color, light and patterns beneath all emotions and character traits. Explore the four primal energy modes beneath all actions.

Learn to vary your level of masculine or feminine energy to match a role. Change your seeming essence to get beyond your “type."  Explore the energetics of different nationalities, archetypes, professions and famous people. Access your character with surprising ease, speed and authenticity.

And, as an extra bonus, take away some easy clearing techniques so you are fresh for your next rehearsal or performance.

CERTIFICATION 1: CREATIVE ZONE TEACHER & COACH
​In this two-day intensive, you will learn FUN ways to clear your own personal energy, ways to "clean" the room you are teaching in, and to "harmonize" those attending.  Additionally, you will learn:

• How specifically each chakra is essential to your acting
• Physical and Creative Warm up techniques for the 7 main chakras —  including ideal songs for color-dancing)
• Ways to open and close your centers to fit any character you are playing
• How to teach the ways energy can push, pull, stop and allow
• What is "downloading" and where does it come from
• How to teach others to download the energy of colors, words, and qualities
• How to channel any emotion on cue and how to teach it
• Ways to read when a group is ready for the next exercise
• Ways to protect your energy without shutting down
• Energetic support and info on ways to structure privates, classes and ongoing workshops
• Trouble-shooting techniques
